RETURN TIMEFRAME

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the notebook must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• If the notebook is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zemax will cover the cost of return shipping.
• If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (for example, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
