SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all notebook orders within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Our total delivery time includes both processing and transit:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Transit time: 5–9 business days.
• Total delivery time: 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship notebooks only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

CARRIERS

We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your notebooks. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking is also available directly on our website via the “Order Tracking” link or at https://zemax.shop/track-your-order/ (zemax.shop in Bing).

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Zemax is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Large notebook orders may require special handling. Customers will be contacted if additional arrangements are necessary.
